Feasibility advice

This is the first stage a Client takes on embarking on a building project. We are on hand to help you to develop your vision to maximise the potential of your project within the constraints you have. Each site has it’s own limitations but also opportunities to exploit.

Scheme design proposals & CAD drawings

From taking the brief from the Client we are then able to provide outline designs whilst undertaking costing exercises. Suitably scaled drawings are prepared using Computer Aided Design (CAD).

Planning submission

Once any required pre application consultations with the Local Planning Authority are complete the designs are prepared for submission for Planning approval. We act on behalf of the Client as the agent in dealing with the Planning Authority using our expertise in giving the application the best chance of being approved. Applications for listed building consent and in Conservation areas are also dealt with.

Building Regulations submission

The designs are supplemented with detailed building drawings and specifications for submission to the Building Control Body for Building Regulations plans approval.
