Design front of property extension and internal alterations, Essex

We were asked to design a front of property extension and internal alterations to a late 1960's semi detached house. The extension design had to meet strict Planning guidelines due to it being situated on a housing estate. The end result was a nice open plan feel enlarging the entrance to the house and with a new WC. The rest of the house was modernised by effective use of lighting and décor. The project was completed successfully and to budget and Building Control approval.
