For this project the Client instructed us to design a kitchen extension whilst on a strict budget. Money was saved at the outset by ensuring the design did not require Planning Permission (under Permitted Development) but with an attractive pitched roof design to match the main building. An open plan kitchen diner was the end result which really made this the heart of the house.
